This not only reduces food waste but also encourages restaurants and consumers to adopt eco-friendly practices.Her approach goes beyond just reusing leftovers; it's about changing the entire food industry to be more circular. This means everything from how food is produced to how it's consumed is designed to prevent food loss and maximize sustainability.

FAHMI ALMUGHAIRY

A natural leader, Fahmi Al Mughairy's journey is marked by his passion for technology and his commitment to eco-friendly initiatives. His expertise spans diverse sectors, from sustainable agriculture to the food and beverage industry. Fahmi's childhood lessons on the importance of food conservation have deeply influenced his approach, driving him to develop solutions that are both financially viable and environmentally responsible.

Florian Erlemann

Florian Erlemann is know for building products that make the world a better place. He has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Florian began as a Founding Team & Head of Product at SuperPhone, and then took on the role of Founding Team & Lead Mobile Developer. In 2014, they became the CTO at Dash Radio. In 2015, they became a Partner at ManeStreem, and in 2016 they became a Co-Founder at Mandaris.
